There are hazards in the desert that can make it unsafe to let your dog run loose. The new dog park will provide a safe place for your dogs to run off leash and play!  Completion expected in the fall of 2018!!!

Dogs now have a safe place to play off leash. There are now separate large and small dog play areas!

If a dog's tail is up, it indicates he is keenly interested in something.  When dogs play  outdoors unleashed , tails are up!

Sometimes dogs just want to run and play unleashed! And now it has happened! The County of San Diego and the Dept of Parks & Recreation have installed a new dog park as part of its new 13 acre expansion in Borrego Springs!

Safety

There are restrictions in the Anza Borrego State Park regarding where you can bring dogs, even if leashed.  With the new dog park, you will have a place to bring your dogs off leash.

Tail is Up Foundation, Inc is raising money to help fund the on going maintenance of the new Dog Park in Borrego Springs Community Park.  All funds donated that are designated for the park will be used to enhance and maintain the park. Your donations are tax deductible!
